Physical identification cards: aZoo.me identification cards are shipped by regular mail (Canada Post) to the address on file. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price. Delivery is available within Canada only.
Digital services: License renewals and digital subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment. No physical delivery is required.
If you have not received your card within 4 weeks, please contact us at info@azoo.me or call 1-844-429-6663.
Identification cards: Because identification cards are personalized items produced specifically for your pet, they cannot be returned or exchanged. A refund may be issued if the card has not yet been produced or shipped. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation.
License renewals: License renewal fees are non-refundable once the license has been activated. If a renewal was processed in error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Any claim relating to aZoo.me’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
